Customer responsible for permits and codes. If any additional materials are needed because of codes

customer is required to purchase.

Customer must have 20-amp circuit within 50 ft of pad, provide a generator or provide $100/day for use of

contractor's generator.

Labor contract price is based on pad being level and accessible on all 4 sides at least 6' from the building.

If rock is encountered, customer will be responsible for removal and any rental fees of equipment and any labor

charges needed.

Please refer to customer supplied house plans for any additional information/changes.

When building on a basement will need to see drawings or know height.
